Thank you for shopping with Herba Delight! We strive to provide high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 4 days from the date of delivery of the product to return any item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Please contact our Customer Service team at care@herbadelight.com to initiate the return process. Include your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return in your email.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 21 business days.
If your return is rejected, we will provide an explanation, and the item will be returned to you at your expense.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service team at Care@herbadelight.com. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions for returning the original item if valid and approved.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Care@herbadelight.com. Pls make sure that you take photos of the delivered products in sealed box condition and after opening in case of box tampering or damage.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.
